Sessions+Prices

• Payment of your ($75 minimum) deposit confirms the session date/time
• 100% of the retainer is applied towards your session fee and will be deducted at the time of the session
• Your date/time is not confirmed until we have received your retainer
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Business and personal checks MUST be received at least 72 hours prior to the session date to allow time for processing.

• This session is photographed at our Capitol Hill studio (we're located 3 blocks from the Stadium/Armory Metro stop)
• Lasting approximately 45 minutes and you’ll leave the session after having picked the final image
• Your final selection always receives our basic retouching package (brighten eyes, remove stray hairs, reduce wrinkles/age lines, and whiten teeth) at no additional cost
• We typically deliver your image electronically within 48 hours. Need the image YESTERDAY (we know…stuff happens)…just ask. We’ve delivered some images within 24 minutes (new record). How’s that for quick delivery?
• You receive an UNLIMITED LICENSE to use the images

• We arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the shoot time to scout the location and set-up
• Session last approximately 30 minutes
• Your final selection always receives our basic retouching package (brighten eyes, remove stray hairs, reduce wrinkles/age lines, and whiten teeth) at no additional cost

• This environmental session is photographed at your office or other location of choice. It can be your office, lobby, one of the Monuments, downtown/uptown, a manufacturing facility, etc. As long as it's legal (sometimes we need permits), we're ready to use it as a location.
• By varying the location and allowing for additional time with the subject we increase the level of creativity in the final images.
• The standard background is done away with and instead we utilize the natural surroundings (offices, buildings, skylines, rivers, construction sites, etc.) to create an additional emotional attachment between the viewer and subject.
• We normally scout the location prior to the date and the sessions typically last 60-75 minutes.
• You receive an UNLIMITED LICENSE to use the images

While we never DELETE images, we do have to make room (after a minimum of 120 days of availability) on the servers for new clients. NEVER FEAR...we’ll search our archives and have your image(s) back online within 48 hours. Most request are handled within 4-5 hours. TIP: While we are happy to assist you, the best way to avoid this issue in the future is to save a copy of the file to a WEB BASED email service (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail). Just email it to yourself.
