This is a subject that we had hoped to avoid. The dreaded CANCELLATION. We’ll lose the gobbledegook (legal mumbo-jumbo) and put this in plain English.
Once we have scheduled your session, you have to pay for that session. This is why we require a $75 (or 20% of the total job) deposit to reserve your date and time. Unlike the airlines we don’t double-book sessions so when you cancel on us with less than 24 hours notice you forfeit 100% of your deposit. There are no refunds of the deposit under any circumstances.
If we can schedule another session in your place we’ll apply your deposit towards your next session. If we can’t schedule another session…we keep your deposit and you have to pay your next session IN FULL before we schedule a new session.
There are exceptions to this policy. In case of death, acts of God, and/or unforeseeable forces of nature we will evaluate each on a case by case basis. If you need to ask if your situation is covered…it’s probably not. You’ll know.
